What is HeyAI?
HeyAI is a practical AI engineering conference in Berlin for engineers who build and ship AI systems. It combines full-day hands-on workshops with conference talks from practitioners working on agents, voice AI, LLM applications, and autonomous workflows.
When and where does it take place?
HeyAI 2026 takes place on 17–18 June 2026 at CIC Berlin, Berlin, Germany. Workshops day is 17 June; conference talks are on 18 June.
Who should attend?
Software engineers, technical leads, and founders who are actively building or evaluating AI-powered products. The focus is on practical, production-oriented content from people shipping real systems — not theoretical overviews.
What does the Day Pass include?
The Day Pass (€99) covers the conference day on 18 June: morning coffee, all talks, and the networking hallway track. It does not include the workshops on 17 June.
What does the Workshop Ticket include?
The Workshop Ticket (€425) covers both days: a full-day hands-on workshop on 17 June — your choice of two tracks — plus the full conference day on 18 June. Workshops run in small groups and are designed to be practical and beginner-accessible.
Is HeyAI in English?
Yes. All talks and workshops are conducted entirely in English.
Can I attend remotely or watch online?
HeyAI 2026 is an in-person event only — there is no livestream or virtual ticket. Talks from past editions are available on the HeyAI YouTube channel.
Is HeyAI suitable for AI researchers or academics?
No. All content is practitioner-led — engineers and technical leaders sharing what they built and how. There are no academic papers, research presentations, or PhD-track sessions.
What talks cover voice AI or real-time AI?
Sasha Denisov's talk "Building Voice AI Agent That Listens, Understands, and (Most Importantly) Sells" covers real-time voice AI, RAG pipelines, the Google Multimodal Live API, and WebSocket streaming at production latency.
What talks cover enterprise AI adoption or scaling AI?
Two talks address this directly: Adi Schacham-Shavit's "Reimagining the SDLC: How Enpal Built Its Agentic AI Strategy from Scratch" (engineering-org-level AI strategy at scale) and Yusef Mohamadi's "Agentic Operations: Driving Speed and Efficiency with AI Orchestration" (enterprise-scale agentic workflows at Delivery Hero).
